Trojan Talent Source is USC’s connection to temporary/contingent labor (formerly known as Trojan Temps). The program provides an easy-to-use process allowing you to simply request your worker need and interview/select just the right candidate – the Trojan Talent Source team handles all the administrative duties including onboarding, assignment and offboarding.
More information on Trojan Talent Source is available at the Business Services website, which includes a link to “Fieldglass” – the system where you make your worker request (via a requisition process) and where you approve time for your temporary employees.
